We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product not including shipping.If you order an item that is not for your machine and it is not the fault of Treasure Coast Food Equipment we will accept the item back if it has not been used but there will be a 25% restocking fee.Special order Items are not returnable.
Parts (new, used, and remanufactured; ): A tremendous amount of time is spent with all our customers to insure that they are buying the “exact” part they need. Digital pictures and descriptions are used as confirmations. It is Treasure Coast Food Equipment policy NOT to accept returns on items for reasons such as; they didn’t need it after all, found the missing piece, found it cheaper somewhere else. Critical parts are pre-fit and test to confirm that they work as they should. Treasure Coast Food Equipment is not a large franchise like K-mart or Target and we cannot take back items after work is already completed.
If part happens to be defective, naturally Treasure Coast Food Equipment will give a total refund.
